Job summary

Seven Mentor in Maharashtra seeks a part-time Faculty to coordinate and deliver classroom instruction, plan sessions, and evaluate learning outcomes. You will start lectures on schedule, monitor attendance, and guide students through modules and assessments.

The role includes advising, conducting internal exams, maintaining LMS, preparing reports, and coordinating with parents. You will also train junior faculty and ensure timely completion of journals and projects.

Responsibilities

• Start lectures on scheduled time and post attendance.
• Conduct lectures as per log sheets and ensure modules are completed on schedule.
• Maintain student conduct and classroom administration.
• Deliver daily assignments and ensure journals and project work are completed within deadlines.
• Send student progress reports at specified intervals.
• Maintain lab register daily.
• Deliver all course modules.
• Impart training to Junior Faculty on higher modules.
• Conduct internal exams.
• Maintain LMS daily/monthly.
• Schedule and track batches.
• Motivate students for upgrades and international certifications.
• Conduct Teacher Parents Meet.
• Maintain lab and equipment.

Job description

Faculty is responsible for the coordination, planning, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities during the time assigned at the center. t a minimum the related activities include instruction, instructional counselling, academic advising and in house/college workshops and presentations.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Responsible to start lectures on scheduled time post marking the attendance.
• Responsible to conduct lectures as per the log sheets and ensure that the modules are completed as per the schedule.
• Responsible for student conduct and classroom administration.
• Responsible for handing over daily assignments to students; ensure students complete their journal and project work within stipulated time frame.
• Responsible to send student progress reports with specified period.
• Responsible for maintaining lab register on a daily basis.

• Responsible for imparting training to Junior Faculty on higher modules to ensure their upgradation.
• Responsible for conducting internal exams.
