Job summary

Mahathi IT Technologies is seeking certified Medical Coders for 40 openings in Surgery Coding, E/M Coding, and HCC Risk Adjustment Coding. Candidates should have strong coding knowledge and be able to review clinical documentation to assign accurate codes.

Mandatory CPC or CCS certification is required, and holders of FGSC™, FEMC™, or FIMC®-HCC fellowships will be preferred. Openings span Surgery, E/M, and HCC coding specialties.

Job Description

Mahathi IT Technologies is inviting applications from certified Medical Coders for 40 openings across Surgery Coding, Evaluation & Management (E/M) Coding, and HCC Risk Adjustment Coding.

We are looking for candidates with strong coding knowledge, an understanding of coding guidelines, and the ability to accurately review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes.

Open Positions

Surgery Coders

• Review surgical and procedural documentation
• Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT®, and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Ensure coding accuracy, documentation support, and compliance

E/M Coders

• Review Evaluation & Management documentation
• Apply current E/M coding and documentation guidelines
• Determine appropriate code selection based on documented services

HCC Coders

• Review medical records for accurate diagnosis coding
• Apply ICD-10-CM and HCC risk-adjustment coding guidelines
• Ensure reported diagnoses are supported by clinical documentation

Mandatory Qualification

CPC® or CCS® certification is mandatory.
