Job summary

Riteman Placement Services is seeking a semi-qualified CA drop-out to assist with accounting functions at Malad East. The role involves preparing balance sheets for Pvt Ltd and LLP entities, ensuring GST compliance, handling TDS calculations, and supervising 3–4 juniors.

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, and advanced Excel is essential. The candidate should be immediate joiner or have a minimum notice period, with a focus on accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience preparing Balance Sheets for Pvt Ltd/LLP.
• Solid understanding of GST laws and GST returns.
• Knowledge of Tax Deducted at Source and its applicability.
• Experience supervising 3–4 juniors.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge.
• Proficient in Tally and Zoho platforms.
• Excellent MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets for private limited companies and LLPs.
• Ensure GST compliance and timely filings.
• Handle TDS calculations and filings as applicable.
• Supervise 3–4 junior staff and review work.
• Maintain accuracy in accounting records and financial data.
• Utilize Tally and Zoho for daily accounting tasks.
• Demonstrate advanced Excel capabilities for reporting.
