Job summary

Achievers Spot is seeking a healthcare professional to conduct patient assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and guide therapy sessions. You will customize exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients on prevention and wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant field and demonstrates strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Basic physiotherapy knowledge is preferred for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (BDS/B.Pharma/B.Sc/B.E/BVSC) and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and demonstrate empathy.
• Good problem-solving abilities and adaptability to patient progress.
• Basic knowledge of physiotherapy techniques is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Patient Assessments: Evaluate patients' physical conditions through interviews, clinical examination, and medical history to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create tailored rehabilitation programs that incorporate exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques to help patients regain strength and mobility.
• Implement Therapy Sessions: Guide patients through their therapy sessions, providing hands-on treatment and ensuring they perform exercises correctly to maximize their recovery.
• Monitor Progress: Track and document patients' improvement over time, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective recovery.
• Educate Patients: Provide information and guidance on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and share insights on treatment effectiveness.
