The Editing Table is seeking a Wedding Video Editor to craft cinematic stories from wedding footage, blending emotion with storytelling and music.

You will edit wedding films, highlights, teasers, and social content, ensuring high-quality color, sound, and pacing while meeting deadlines.

Freshers with strong portfolios may apply; 1-2 years preferred; a collaborative, creative environment awaits.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Wedding Video Editor who can transform wedding footage into engaging, emotional, and cinematic stories. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of wedding films, storytelling, music selection, and professional editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit wedding films, highlights, teasers, reels, and social media content.
• Create engaging stories using raw wedding footage.
• Sync footage with music and create smooth, emotional sequences.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio editing, and sound design.
• Select suitable shots, transitions, music, and effects according to the project requirements.
• Maintain proper project organization and follow editing guidelines.
• Deliver projects within the assigned deadlines.
• Make revisions based on client or senior editor feedback.
• Coordinate with the editing team to ensure consistent quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of wedding cinematography and storytelling.
• Good sense of music, pacing, transitions, and visual composition.
• Ability to create emotional and cinematic wedding edits.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different editing styles.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in wedding video editing is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong wedding editing portfolio may also be considered.
