• GST Compliance: Handle GST including e-invoicing and ISD returns.

The Job

We are looking for a Tax Manager to manage company's tax functions, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations. The role includes tax planning and reporting, tax risk management, and providing strategic tax guidance to optimize the company's tax position. Ideal candidates should have 7 - 12 years of relevant Corporate Tax experience.

• Income Tax Compliance: Manage TDS/withholding tax, advance tax, tax provisions, deferred tax, ETR, and statutory filings.
• Tax Planning & Advisory: Develop tax strategies, provide guidance to stakeholders, and identify/mitigate tax risks.
• Annual Tax & Audit: Support ITR, Transfer Pricing, Master File, CbCR, tax audits, and coordination with tax authorities.
• GST Compliance: Handle GST requirements including RCM, IMS, e-invoicing, and preparation/review of GST ISD returns.
• Financial Closing & Process Improvement: Support monthly closing, tax and AR reconciliations, process automation, and ad-hoc finance/tax activities.

Your Profile

• Qualification & Experience: CA/ICWA/MBA qualified with 7-12 years of experience in Corporate Tax and hands-on Income Tax exposure.
• Tax Expertise: Strong practical understanding of corporate taxation and related compliance requirements.
• Core Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; proactive and self-motivated.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience using SAP, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.
