Job summary

Avani Consulting is seeking a Relationship Manager- CEC (B2C) for an ON role in Chennai. The incumbent will drive customer engagement by offering mutual fund products to Retail and HNI clients and will focus on building and upgrading the client base.

The role requires profiling clients, providing investment planning and advice, and achieving sales targets across product mix, while ensuring top-notch service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Retail/HNI clients and knowledge of mutual funds.
• Candidate should be able to profile customers and provide suitable financial products.
• Strong ability to achieve sales and revenue targets across product mix.

Responsibilities

• Upsell mutual fund products to Retail/HNI clients from assigned database.
• Achieve business targets for upselling products and upgrading client net worth relationships.
• Profile customers and provide financial planning and investment advice.
• Ensure high levels of service to clients/HNI customers and act as single point of contact for assigned customers.
• Acquire and service HNI/UHNI clients; preferred NISM certification.

Responsibilities

• To up sell MF products to Retail/HNI Clients as per the assigned database, generate fresh leads through reference to shore up the clientele.
• Achieving the business targets assigned in terms of up selling Products, enhancing and upgrading the Client Net worth relationships.
• Profiling customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
• Ensuring the highest levels of service to the client /HNI customers.
• Providing Investment planning and advice.
• Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product mix.
• One point contact for the assigned customer.
• Acquisition & Servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
• Preference to NISM Certified candidates with experience in managing Retail/HNI Clients, with in depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
