Role & responsibilities

• Edit high-quality, engaging videos for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Create creative graphics, banners, posters, thumbnails, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and similar platforms to enhance creativity and streamline content production.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and transitions to improve video quality and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative assets aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring high-quality designs that follow brand guidelines.
• Optimize videos and graphics for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, social media content, and AI-based creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Review and revise creative assets based on feedback to ensure the final output meets business and marketing requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with 25 years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic design, and digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• A strong creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling, design, and editing skills.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative projects.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
