Job summary

WNS Global Services, part of Capgemini, Gurgaon, is seeking Actuarial professionals for Senior Analyst and Deputy Manager roles. The openings require 2–8 years of relevant Life Insurance experience, IFRS and Solvency II knowledge, and at least 4 actuarial papers.

Candidates will work UK shift, data handling, valuation, modelling, and cash/value calculations, with exposure to Prophet and MG Alfa. Strong communication and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 2-8 years experience in Life Insurance/Variable Annuities with 4 actuarial papers preferable.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Solvency II, UK Life Insurance.
• Proficient in data handling, valuation, modelling and cash/value calculations.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge in data handling, actuarial valuation, modelling and concepts.
• Strong understanding of product features and lines of business in Life, annuities with guarantees products.
• Undertakes data analytics used in process translates the requirements for critical data elements.
• Good knowledge in the calculation of cash values, account values, surrender values, benefit calculation based on option value.
• Perform the valuation across life business.
• Produce validation and provide gap assessment during testing with solutions; support with documentation & other requirements.
