Responsibilities

• Patient and appointment management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments; Manage patient registration and follow-up visits; Coordinate treatment schedules with physiotherapists; Handle patient queries, feedback and complaints.
• Staff and therapist coordination: Prepare staff rosters and duty schedules; Monitor attendance, punctuality and leave; Coordinate workload and patient allocation; Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Track patient visits, new registrations and repeat visits; Monitor appointment utilization and cancellations; Review patient satisfaction and service quality; Submit daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to management.
