Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is hiring for a customer service role focused on handling inquiries, clarifying information, and providing accurate responses. You will determine customer needs, resolve issues, and fulfill requests with professional communication.

Fresher or 1–2 years in customer service across banking or other fields is welcome. Strong English and Hindi skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to work rotational shifts are required.

Fresher/ 1 -2 year experience (Customer service in Banking or any field)

Skills and Abilities

• Versant or SVAR as mentioned in new hire clause
• Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
• Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi
• Regional language proficiency (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Odia)
