Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking experienced Java engineers to design and build RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, and to contribute to microservices on cloud platforms. The role involves hands-on development with Spring, J2EE, SQL, Hibernate and JPA, plus working with Git and Maven-based toolchains.

Candidates should be comfortable with source control, build automation, and modern cloud deployment practices, with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and JSON.
• Familiarity with source control systems (SVN or Git) and build tools (Maven, Ant, Gradle).
• Hands-on with Maven build scripts; moving to GitHub.
