Role: GenAI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI and Machine Learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases and develop intelligent solutions.
• Understand and implement advanced AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), neural networks, and other machine learning techniques.
• Evaluate and leverage various AI platforms, with a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
• Build, optimize, and improve models to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and ensure scalability and reliability.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience with AI and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with NLP techniques and applications.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of RAG architecture, neural networks, and modern AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement AI models in end‑to‑end.
