TP invites candidates for International Email & Chat Support at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai. Immediate joining preferred; 1 year of experience in Email/Chat within BFSI with good English required. Night shifts and rotational schedule with 5 days work and 2 days off.

Salary up to 4 LPA; freshers 3 LPA; cab provided; walk-in interview type. Ambattur location within boundary limits.

Qualifications

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in Email or Chat (customer support) within a financial services background/BFSI with Good English communication skills.

Requirements.

• Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.


• 1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)


• Experience in ecommerce domain can apply


• 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off


• Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).


• Salary: Up to 4 LPA


• Job Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur. (Within Boundary Limits)


• 2-way Cab will be provided.


• Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within June, 2026).
