The role involves developing and maintaining J2EE projects, working independently with clients, and following agile practices such as Kanban and Scrum to ensure timely, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing REST endpoints using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC frameworks, and JMS and validating them using test scripts.
• Strong skills using JPA Methods, JPQL, or HQL using Hibernate ORM with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases.
• Exposure to Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Micro Services, MongoDB or any NoSQL, GIT, Maven, AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an advanced Java environment independently, with the ability to shape and influence the product offering from day one to deliver top-quality, error-free work on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain J2EE projects for our clients spread across the globe. The scope of work includes new development, defect resolution, test script development, and providing workarounds for critical issues.
• The person shall work independently with minimal supervision and set the right expectations with the customers
• Shall follow the prescribed project-specific practices - Kanban, Scrum, test-driven development, feature-driven development, or similar agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing REST endpoints using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC frameworks, and JMS and validating them using test scripts.
