Scyo Decision Services in Chennai invites fresh graduates for Trainee Client Service Executive (Night shift-Voice process). Roles include handling medical billing calls to US Payors and provider offices, with on-site work at Tidel Park/Taramani or Perungudi, depending on project.

Immediate joining, 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM or 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM, night shifts, and food, cab drop (female) benefit. Freshers from 2022 (current year also allowed) with good English and MS Office skills encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Job Location: Tidel Park in Taramani or Premises in Perungudi (Next to Perungudi EB office), Chennai(Location depends on project assigned)

Job Roles:

• Work in teams that process medical billing transactions and strive to achieve team goal In some cases
• To make calls to US health insurance Payors.
• To make calls to patients on behalf of Provider's office
• Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile:

• Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM-depends on project assigned)
• Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
• Any degree or Diploma(12+Diploma only) is mandatory- Freshers from 2022 passed out onwards only (CURRENT YEAR PASSED OUT CAN ALSO APPLY)
• Should have Good English communication skills(Written and oral)
• Should posses good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
• Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided for female candidates (No transportation for male candidates)
• Food facility available for all night shift employee.
• Medical insurance facility for all employees
