Job summary

Ipca Laboratories Ltd invites fresh diploma or B.Sc graduates to a walk-in drive in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh on 27 June 2026. The qualified candidates will undergo a 3-month training at our Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Production.

During training, a stipend of ₹12,300 per month will be paid. Upon successful completion, candidates may be absorbed at Ipca locations based on performance and needs. Free canteen and bus facilities are provided.

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field, Fresher (passed 2023-26).
• B.Sc in Chemistry, Fresher (passed 2023-26).

Responsibilities

• Complete 3-month training at CoE in Production.
• Absorption at Ipca locations based on performance.

Career Details : Selected Candidates will be undergoes on 03 month Training Program at Our Centre of Excellence ( CoE ) , Upon Successful completion of training , Candidates will be absorbed at various Ipca Laboratories Location as per compatibility and skills.

Stipend : RS. 12,300 / - per month during 03 month training period.
