Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Role - Back Office Operations (Non-Voice)
• Data processing & document validation.
• Workflow management and quality compliance.
• Coordination with internal teams.
• Requires basic English, attention to detail, analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Courses and Disciplines: BA, B. Com, BBA, BBM, BAF, BMS, B.Voc, Batch of 2025 and 2026, B.Sc and B.Voc.(Except CS/IT) Batch of 2025 and 2026.
• Course Type: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered). Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time.
• Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: The candidate should not have any pending backlogs in the academics.
• Extended education: Candidates should have completed the course within the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education in Highest Qualification).
• Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, if any in the TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
• Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
