Job summary

Click2cloud Technology Services India seeks an experienced Azure Data Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on ADF, Synapse, Databricks, and Fabric architectures.

You will implement end-to-end data pipelines, ensure data quality, security, and governance, and collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD deployments. Strong SQL/Python skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Build and optimize data processing solutions using Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Implement Microsoft Fabric solutions using Lakehouse, OneLake, notebooks, pipelines, and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Migrate existing Azure Synapse and ADF workloads to Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation workflows.
• Implement incremental loads, CDC, data quality checks, error handling, and pipeline monitoring.
• Optimize performance, cost, security, and data governance.
• Work with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices for deployment and version control.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Build and optimize data processing solutions using Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, and Python.
• Implement Microsoft Fabric solutions using Lakehouse, OneLake, notebooks, pipelines, and medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, and large‑scale data processing.
• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and cloud storage integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and data security best practices.

Qualifications

Preferred:
