Job summary

Wipro is hiring an Azure Databricks Engineer to design and deploy enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, and Kolkata. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in Azure Databricks and 4+ years in Python, plus strong CI/CD/DevOps skills for production workloads.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data models, read and load data formats, and contribute to a fast-moving cloud environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering or cloud data platforms.
• Proven hands-on Azure Databricks experience with data pipelines.
• Strong Python development experience (production code).
• Experience with CI/CD validation and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of data loading from CSV/JSON/AVRO formats in cloud storage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines in Azure Databricks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data models and dashboards.
• Implement CI/CD practices and DevOps for data workloads.
• Read, load, and transform diverse file formats into cloud data stores.
• Contribute to production cloud environments with security and reliability in mind.
• Engage in agile practices and participate in technical reviews.

Job Description:

• Required overall more then 5 years of experience
• 3+ years of Azure Databricks Experience
• 4+ years of working experience in Python
• 3+ Hands-on experience in working on Production Cloud Environment like Microsoft Azure
• 2+ years of solid experience designing and building Enterprise Data solutions on cloud
• Experience in Reading and Loading Files into Cloud Environment from file formats such as .csv, JSON, .txt, Avro etc.
• Subject matter expert on Cloud technologies preferably Azure and Big Data ecosystem
• Experience with Data warehousing services on Azure
• development tools including Agile / SAFE, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, DevOps etc.
• Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement
• Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams
