ERD Technologies is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager for Social Media, Google Ads, and SEO based in Noida. The role demands hands-on management of campaigns, content strategy, and analytics to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience and can independently drive paid and organic campaigns while coordinating with internal teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
• Manage paid and organic social campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Create content calendars, briefs, reels, posts, blogs, videos, and other content.
• Handle SEO activities: keyword research, on-page, technical, off-page, link building.
• Improve Google rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube/LinkedIn campaigns and budgets.
• Track CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic and leads.
• Utilize GA4, Search Console, Ads tools, and SEO platforms.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative, agencies, influencers, writers, designers.

Role:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the companys social media presence, SEO, paid digital campaigns, content strategy, and digital performance to increase brand awareness, website traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.
• Manage paid & organic social media campaigns and optimize performance resulting better ROI
• Create content calendars, campaign briefs, reels, posts, blogs, videos, and other content.
• Handle SEO activities include multi keywords research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and link building.
• Improve Google rankings, organic traffic, website visibility, and conversions.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube/LinkedIn campaigns and monitor budgets.
• Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.
