Job summary

Abaris Care Inc is seeking to support the Production Department in the safe and efficient operation of container/ampoule/vial washing and filling equipment for SVP pharmaceutical formulations. The role covers washing and filling machine operations with supervision, rapid response to abnormal conditions, and strict adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates will assist in loading/unloading, monitor machine parameters, and ensure cleanliness and proper changeover, under the guidance of senior operators

Qualifications

• Operate washing machine per approved SOP.
• Monitor washing parameters: pressure, water, speed.
• Operate filling machine under supervision and ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating the container/bottle/ampoule washing machine.
• Perform start-up, operation and shutdown under supervision.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading of containers and cleanliness of equipment.
• Monitor washing parameters and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Identify issues like leakage or unusual noise and inform supervisor.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assist in loading containers to the filling line and ensure proper feeding.
• Monitor filling operation and report under/over-filling or leakage.
• Maintain filling parameters per batch documents and SOPs.
• Support line clearance and changeover activities as per SOP.

Role & responsibilities

To support the Production Department in the safe and efficient operation of container/ampoule / vial washing and filling equipment for SVP pharmaceutical formulations

Preferred candidate profile

A. Washing Machine Operations

• Assist in operating the container/bottle/ampoule washing machine as per approved SOP.
• Perform machine start-up, operation and shutdown activities under supervision.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of containers.
• Monitor washing parameters such as pressure, water supply and machine speed as applicable.
• Ensure proper washing and cleanliness of containers before transfer to the next process.
• Identify abnormal machine conditions, leakage, blockage, breakage or unusual noise and immediately inform the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the washing machine and surrounding area.
• Follow approved SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.

B. Filling Machine Operations

• Assist in operating the filling machine under the guidance of the authorized operator/supervisor.
• Ensure correct product, container and packaging components are available before starting the operation.
• Support line clearance activities as instructed.
• Check proper feeding/alignment of containers to the filling line.
• Monitor filling operation and report abnormalities such as under-filling, over-filling, leakage, container breakage or machine stoppage.
• Assist in maintaining required filling parameters as per approved batch documents and SOPs.
• Ensure rejected/damaged containers are segregated and identified properly.
• Support machine cleaning and changeover activities as per SOP.
