Location is Bangalore (Bommanahalli). The role focuses on AR calling, RCM understanding, denial management, and strong client communication to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Min of 1 Year to 5 years into AR calling experience is required.
• Knowledge into RCM is mandatory.
• Knowledge on Denial management.
• Good communication skills.
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.

Responsibilities

• AR calling experience in the AR/RCM domain.
• Denial management knowledge applied to client projects.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Understand and document project requirements as specified by the client.
• Meet expected performance and quality metrics.
