SKP TAX & CONSULTANT CORPORATE PVT LTD. Hyderabad seeks a female, undergrad candidate for entry-level accounting support. You will maintain daily books, handle invoices and receipts, and support tax filings and financial reporting.

Comfort with MS Excel and Tally is essential, along with cooperation with auditors and banks to ensure compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and Tally.
• GST & ITR filing experience.
• Undergraduate candidates preferred; female candidates only.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external parties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.


• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.


• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.


• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank records.


• Prepare GST, TDS, and other applicable tax-related documentation.


• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Maintain accurate records of expenses and company transactions.


• Support payroll-related accounting activities when required.


• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external parties.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.


• Assist in preparing financial statements such as the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement.


• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.


• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
