We are seeking a solution-oriented Campaign Optimizer to drive performance for campaigns running within the 99acres portal. This role is pivotal in ensuring that top Developers and channel partners achieve their marketing goals through smart, data-led interventions and a deep understanding of portal dynamics. You will own campaign outcomes, proactively identify challenges, and implement timely fix, ensuring not just delivery, but the right kind of delivery, with renewals as the North Star metric.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance within the portal identify pacing issues, delivery bottlenecks, and low engagement zones
  • Use a structured problem-solving approach to optimize filters, budgets, product mixes, and targeting strategies
  • Anticipate underperformance and implement course-correction without waiting for escalations
Lead Quality & Outcome Alignment
  • Go beyond volume prioritize lead quality and alignment with client expectations
  • Collaborate with key teams and city teams to improve contactability, site-visit potential, and reduce junk/duplicate leads
  • Spot patterns early and fine-tune campaigns based on ground-level sales insights
Robust Estimation & Strategic Planning
  • Do robust campaign estimations that balance lead volume, quality, and delivery feasibility
  • Recommend the optimal product mix based on project lifecycle, geography, and buyer intent
  • Contribute to YoY business growth by estimating higher-performing configurations that align with market trends and client goals
  • Flag low-yield potential in advance and proactively suggest alternatives to ensure client satisfaction and renewals
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Activators, Account Managers, Product, Tech, Marketing to align on client goals, delivery expectations, and pacing plans
  • Take ownership of internal review discussions present not just performance data, but also diagnosis, learnings, and forward-looking actions
Routine Client & Branch Connect
  • Maintain regular connects with clients, branch sales, and on-ground teams to stay aligned on campaign objectives, sales feedback, and real-time market shifts
  • Translate client-side feedback into actionable insights for internal optimization
  • Be the voice of the campaign within internal and client ecosystems proactively sharing progress, impact, and recommendations
What We Are Looking For: Experience & Technical Know-How
  • 24 years of experience in campaign delivery, performance ops (preferably within a real estate portal)
  • Strong working knowledge of portal-level tools, filters, dashboards, and Excel-based analysis
  • Solid understanding of real estate project life cycles, buyer segments, and location dynamics

  • Outcome-driven and proactive—someone who fixes the problem before it becomes one.
  • Confident in using data to challenge assumptions and improve campaign health.
