Job summary

Atos SE seeks an Associate Manager (Team Lead) for its security operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on leading a 24x7 security team, implementing Checkpoint Firewall technologies, and governing anti-virus and anti-bot measures.

You will review firewall requests, draft recommendations, and guide escalation handling for complex incidents. Secondary and optional skills include Radware Load Balancers and Trend Micro Deep Security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team for 5+ years with security technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security devices and firewall governance.
• Ability to review firewall requests and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Able to assist team members for escalated issues and provide solutions.
• Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly checklists and reports within SLA.
• Provide sign-off for POCs and for new security technologies.
• Participate in customer POCs and offer value-added recommendations.
• Investigate security incidents and streamline processes to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles; monitor security alerts.
• Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Patch Management changes.
• Ensure 24x7 shift roster is managed with conflict resolution.

Primary Skills Required:

• Checkpoint Firewalls with IPS blade, Threat Prevention Blade, Antivirus and Antibot Blade.
• Must hold clear understanding of routing and switching.

Secondary Skill Required:

• Identify new requirement for technologies mentioned under Primary, Secondary and Optional skills.
• Review Firewall Request and provide recommendations before approving.

Optional Skills:

• Radware Link Load Balancer
• Trend Micro Apex One Antivirus
• Trend Micro Deep Security

Responsibilities Also Includes:

• Able to assist team members for escalated issues for solutions mentioned Primary/Secondary/Optional problem-solving skill section.
• Review of all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Checklist.
• Review of all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports and submit these reports within SLA.
• Provide technical sign off in POCs conducted.
• Involvement during POC conducted by customer and provide value added recommendations.
• Investigate security incidents and streamline process/procedure to avoid recurrence.
• Review Standard Operating procedure documents and knowledge base articles.
• Review security alerts like Virus alerts, Asset monitoring alert and act within SLA.
• Review change request and reports as published by team members for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Windows Patch Management.
• Validate Change Request raised by team members.
• Providing sign off to any new security technology or scope added throughout customer engagement.
• Ensure Shift Roster of 24*7 team members is effectively managed with conflict resolutions.
• Create handover plans / Transition plan for handing over any of in scope technology or solutions to different team.
• Able to guide team members in closing observations reported in Configuration Assessments and ISO Audit for Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Able to guide team members in closing observations reported in vulnerability assessment and internal network penetration test and external network penetration test reports for in-scope devices.
• Ensure efficient tracking with UpToDate reports for all above tasks till closure within SLA.
