• Strong Perl skills, including data structures, regular expressions, references, modules/packages, file handling, and error handling.
• Experience developing object-oriented Perl applications and reusable Perl modules.
• Ability to debug, maintain, and enhance mixed Java and Perl codebases.
• Understanding of Java and Perl performance tuning, resource management, and secure coding.
• Knowledge of clean code, unit testing, and design patterns in Java and Perl.
