Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Networking.
• Good experience in routing and switching technologies.
• Experience in implementation and troubleshooting of VOIP and Wireless technologies.
• Wireless and VOIP implementations and troubleshooting expertise.
• MPLS and PTP links monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network issues and devices.
• Create network diagrams and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain MPLS and PTP links.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure network security and audit readiness.
• Provide timely escalation and communication during outages or upgrades.

Job Description

• 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in Networking (Routing, Switching & Troubleshooting).
• Good Experience in Switching technologies like STP, VTP, VLAN Configurations, PORT-CHANNEL, SPAN, HSRP, VRRP, Switches Configurations.
• Good Experience in Routing technologies like BGP, EIGRP, IPSEC, Access Control List, Multicasting, Routers Configurations.
• Experience in Wireless, AP technologies (Implementation, Troubleshooting).
• Experience in VOIP technologies (Implementation, Troubleshooting).
• Network devices hardening & vulnerability completion & Provide data as per Audit request.
• Working experience on different Service providers MPLS, PTP links Monitoring, Maintaining & Troubleshooting.
• Ability to create Network Diagram & Documentation for design and planning network setup.
• Experience in Ticketing tools to raise call & flow process.
• Good communication & teamwork skill.
