A leading software services company is looking for an L2 Network Administrator with over 5 years of experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies. The successful candidate will manage network configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the integrity of network systems. Strong skills in teamwork and communication are essential. This position is based in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, and requires working from the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Networking.
• Good experience with switching & routing technologies.
• Experience in VOIP and wireless technologies.
• Experience in Wireless, AP technologies (Implementation, Troubleshooting).
• Experience in VOIP technologies (Implementation, Troubleshooting).
• Network devices hardening & vulnerability completion & Provide data as per Audit request.
• Working experience on different Service providers MPLS, PTP links Monitoring, Maintaining & Troubleshooting.
• Ability to create Network Diagram & Documentation for design and planning network setup.
• Experience in Ticketing tools to raise call & flow process.
• Good communication & teamwork skill.

Responsibilities
