Experience: 3 - 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, J2EE, and Struts framework.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement MVC-based applications ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide bug fixes.
• Work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for backend integration.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to migration and modernization projects (Struts to Spring MVC/Boot, if applicable).

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Struts 1.x / 2.x framework.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture, Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control (Git/SVN).
