Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management are essential. Ideal candidates will have BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Telecom, ITIL v3/v4, and ISO 20K/27K expertise, with at least 15 years total experience and 5 years in centralized NOC Change

Qualifications

BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Telecommunications.
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification preferred.
Certification in ISO 20K or ISO 27K is an added advantage.

Own national change governance across Vodafone Idea Limited.
Ensure successful execution of planned network activities and minimize customer impact.

Job Purpose

Lead the Nation-wide Network Change Management function responsible for safe, controlled, and timely implementation of all planned network changes across Vodafone Idea’s national telecom infrastructure.

The role ensures service continuity while enabling rapid network modernization, technology rollouts, cloud transformation, and operational automation across multiple technology domains. The incumbent owns governance, change risk, execution quality, operational readiness, and continuous process improvement to protect customer experience and business revenue.

Qualifications & Experience
