Preferred candidate profile

• 13 to 17+ years of experience in comparable leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory needs of financial institutions
• Prior exposure to multinational financial services environments, with experience in Private Equity considered an advantage
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proven capability in leading and managing teams effectively
• Possesses working knowledge of debt and credit instruments, including loans, bonds, revolving credit facilities, syndicated loans, and participations
• Familiar with alternative investment strategies such as Direct Lending, Mezzanine financing, CLO structures, and Asset-Backed Financing
• A results-driven, solution-focused leader capable of balancing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes within tight timelines
• Able to identify, assess, and manage operational and financial risks, supporting mitigation planning and review activities
• Experience with data integration, data governance, accuracy controls, and automation/robotics initiatives
• Recognized for intellectual curiosity, innovation, accountability, and strong ethical standards
• Hands-on exposure to industry platforms and systems such as Investran, Advent Geneva, ClearPar, Markit, and Allvue (Everest)
