Job summary

Kwan in Gurugram, India, seeks a VP of Engineering to own the technology roadmap, drive strategy and ensure delivery across backend, frontend, DevOps and data teams. Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands on experience with .NET Core in production grade backend systems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software systems in high growth settings.
• Deep understanding of Cloud native development (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with microservices architecture, APIs and secure data exchange.
• Prior experience in Fintech, banking or other regulated industries.

This role demands a deep understanding of backend architectures preferable with expertise in .NET Core and a proven ability to scale teams, systems and operations in high compliance industry like Fintech
