Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead the engineering function for an AI-native SaaS platform in financial services. You will own the roadmap across platform, product, and AI/ML initiatives, and shape the technical strategy.

You will mentor a growing team, establish best practices, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with Product and Commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles such as Head of Engineering, Director Engineering, or VP Engineering.
• Experience scaling AI/ML-powered products with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and model fine-tuning workflows.
