SearchX is seeking a VP – Credit Administration to govern the end-to-end post sanction Credit Administration department, overseeing CAD Mid Office and Back Office functions with a focus on timely documentation and disbursements. Qualifications

• 4+ years in managerial position for Credit Admin (CAD) – Mid Office and Back Office for Wholesale Banking / SME

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and controls the activities of CAD to ensure effective coordination and optimum performance.
• Exercises management and supervisory responsibilities over personnel of CAD.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures and Process Manuals for all products.
• Initiates and suggests improvement in policies, procedures, guidelines and standards to ensure change / improvement in operations and current practice in CAD
• Monitors internal controls to ensure their adequacy so that corrective action can be taken
• Document standardization for all products in line with market/applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure loan and security documentation is properly executed and retained as per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that collateral documentation, collateral inspection, collateral evaluations and credit compliance are maintained according to policy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance of internal policies, credit approval terms and conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Work on process improvements
• Handling of RBI/Internal/Statutory/Concurrent Audit requirements.

Job description

Role Description The VP – Credit Administration will be responsible to govern end to end post sanction Credit Administration department and ensure smooth functioning. Handling of CAD – Mid Office and Back Office department by providing quality services related to documentation and disbursements with good turn around time. Work closely with the Managers of various functions to support delivery. Shall work in line with the organizational and business goals and shall be solution driven.
