A leading financial services firm in Bengaluru seeks an experienced professional to drive business targets through effective management and training of NRI Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in sales of investment products including Equity Stock Broking and Mutual Funds, alongside strong analytical and channel management skills. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a competitive market.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales of investment products like Equity Stock Broking and Mutual Funds.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity & Currency Segment.
  • Experience in handling both B2C and B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Business Target for the Region through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Train and manage a team of NRI Relationship Managers.
  • Maintain and improve the client activity ratio.

Responsibilities
  1. The main responsibility would be to achieve the Business Target for the Region through Broking & other products launched from time to time by up-selling and cross‑selling to existing acquired NRI clients of Dubai & other offshore location Desk.
  2. Good understanding and knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity & Currency Segment, MF, PMS, AIF and all related products.
  3. Responsibility will also be to have the right team and train the team on Product and Selling Skills.
  4. Need to improve and maintain the client activity ratio by activating clients across the segments.
  5. Ability to co‑ordinate with different teams.
  6. Have great channel management skills.
  7. Should be a great Team Leader, able to hire and train new Relationship Managers.
  8. Strong analytical skills to interpret business information.

  1. Handling Team of NRI Relationship Managers.
  2. Domain Knowledge of products such as Equity Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, Bonds.
  3. Experience in handling B2C & B2B.
