A leading digital payments company in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Vice President – Brand Alliances & Partnerships to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. The ideal candidate excels in building high-impact collaborations, managing CXO relationships, and leading a dynamic team. With significant experience in the digital rewards and loyalty ecosystem, this role is crucial for driving innovation and maintaining market leadership.

We are seeking a dynamic, well-networked, and high-impact leader to drive strategic brand alliances, co-branded partnerships, and high-value ecosystem integrations across India’s leading consumer and fintech platforms.
This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who thrives on unlocking large-scale collaborations, managing CXO-level relationships, and building revenue-driving partnerships in the digital rewards, gift cards, and loyalty ecosystem.
Lead end-to-end brand alliance strategy across e-commerce, payments, retail, OTT, food delivery, D2C, and digital services.
Build deep strategic relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior leaders across Flipkart, Amazon, Qwikcilver, Pine Labs, Razorpay, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Tata Cliq and top brand partners.
Drive co-branded programs, exclusive partnerships, joint GTM initiatives, and multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
Grow and manage partnerships for closed-loop and open-loop Gift Cards, reward programs, and digital voucher ecosystems.
Collaborate with internal product teams to build differentiated Loyalty, Cashback & Rewards offerings.
Own and drive revenue, margins, and P&L for the partnerships vertical.
Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, annual commitments, and long-term alliance structures.
Work closely with product, tech, legal, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver seamless partner experiences.
Represent the company at industry forums, events, and CXO-level discussions.
Track competitive landscape, evolving consumer behaviors, and new partnership models.
Identify breakthrough collaboration opportunities across payments, commerce, loyalty, fintech, and lifestyle brands.
