Job summary

Access Healthcare in Chennai is seeking an experienced AR Caller to support physician and hospital billing processes during the US night shift. Immediate joining and 0.6 months to 4 years of experience are preferred. Relieving letters are not mandatory, and a good hike is offered on the prior package.

No work-from-home or hybrid arrangements. Two-way Free Cab is provided for pickup and drop, with a fixed night shift from 6pm to 3am and a 5-day work week with Saturdays and Sundays off.

Qualifications

• AR caller experience required.
• Experience in physician/hospital billing appreciated.
• Night shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR calls for billing (physician/hospital/dental) and ensure accurate data capture.
• Support US shift billing processes and maintain call quality metrics.
