Job summary

TP is seeking to resolve and handle banking-related customer queries via calls from Chennai. Mandatory English and Hindi fluency, and a degree (UG/PG) are required. The role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift with CAB provided.

Location is Guindy, Chennai, with 5 working days per week and rotational offs on two days. Salary is offered in the range of 3 to 3.5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi required.
• UG/PG degree acceptable.
• Knowledge of banking processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve banking-related customer queries via phone.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues on calls.
