Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Bengaluru-based, is hiring a Zerto Technical Support Engineer L2 (VMware) for a hybrid role with two days per week in office.

You will troubleshoot VMware, cloud and Linux systems, analyze logs, and work with customers to resolve complex incidents while delivering high-quality service. Strong English, 3+ years in enterprise support, and knowledge of TCP/IP and storage subsystems are required; MS Hyper-V, AWS or Azure experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise/Datacenter software or SaaS solutions support.
• Experience with VMware vSphere family.
• Experience in Log Analysis.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and other networking concepts.
• Linux or UNIX administration skills and TCP/IP networking on Linux/UNIX.
• Understanding of storage subsystems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
