Job summary

Wipro in Indore is seeking Software Development Engineers to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure and software support for hardware validation and test environments. You will own, maintain, and enhance software platforms that support product qualifications, validation, and laboratory operations.

The role requires strong programming skills (C, C++, Python, C#, SQL Server) and experience with Visual Studio, IIS Web, and ASP.NET.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and enhance software platforms supporting product qualifications, validation, and laboratory operations.

• Drive end-to-end integration across software applications, databases, backend services, and user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot system integration, data flow, logging, and test execution issues to minimize downtime.

we are seeking Software Development Engineers to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure and software support for hardware validation and test environments.

The role is responsible for

• ensuring stable system operations
• maintaining test tools
• supporting test tool development and automation solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and enhance software platforms supporting product qualifications, validation, and laboratory operations supporting hardware validation activities
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom test applications, databases and reporting systems.
  • Drive end-to-end integration across software applications, databases, backend services, and user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot system integration, data flow, logging, and test execution issues to minimize operational downtime.

• Collaborate with hardware R&D engineers to understand testing requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Partner with the Network Support Engineer to improve data transfer performance between workstations and centralized servers, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements at the application and software layers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and implement automation opportunities that improve productivity and efficiency.

• Support data processing, storage, visualization, and secure transfer between different sites, from remote test workstations to centralized servers
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and traceability across validation systems

Experience

• 5+ years in system / software support
• Strong knowledge in programing background:

• • MUST: C, C++, Python, C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, IIS Web, ASP.NET
  • Desired: Oracle, Access DB

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Knowledge Transfer Requirement

The successful candidates are expected to undergo knowledge transfer (KT) from US to Singapore in the short term, and progressively assume ownership of the supported systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure sustainable long-term operations and support continuity.
