Job summary

12Grids in Mumbai is seeking a creative Visual Designer to bring concepts to life across digital platforms, shape brand visuals, and ensure a consistent visual language across touchpoints.

You will work with UI/UX and marketing colleagues to craft icons, banners, layouts and logos for client projects and internal initiatives, translating briefs into polished outputs while aligning with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across web, mobile, and social assets.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

# Visual DesignerWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team at 12Grids.As a Visual Designer, you’ll bring concepts to life across digital platforms, shape compelling brand visuals, and ensure a strong visual language across all touchpoints.If you love blending creativity with purpose, this is the place for you.What you'll do## Responsibilities* Design high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social media, emailers, and presentations.* Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric digital experiences.* Transform ideas, wireframes, and briefs into compelling and polished visual designs.* Craft visually consistent elements such as icons, illustrations, banners, layouts, and logos for client projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal brand initiatives.* Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative and innovative visual solutions.* Ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.* Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices.* Work with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What we're looking for## Requirements* 0–2 years of experience as a Visual Designer. (Internship or freelance experience also considered.)* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.* Strong portfolio that reflects creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across digital design projects.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.* Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.* Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visually engaging outputs.* Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.* Good communication skills.### Ready to apply?Send us your CV and a few links to work you're proud of.
