Job summary

Raise Financial Services is seeking a Visual Designer to craft visual stories and brand-led experiences across app, web, and campaigns. You will design illustrations, icons, and visuals that enhance user interaction and brand consistency, with a focus on fast iterations and multiple formats.

Design is one of the key roles in our organisation. This is how our users will experience our products, and we are obsessed with giving them the best visual experience by shipping beautiful products across all channels - App, Web, and others included.

Visual Design at Raise is the custodian of our brand identity across every touchpoint - Product, Apps, Web, Social Media, and both online & offline experiences. As a Visual Designer, you will design a wide range of visual experiences across digital and offline platforms. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a strong ability to craft compelling visual stories, illustrations, and brand-led experiences, along with a sharp eye for detail.

You will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and visually rich experiences that enhance how users interact with our brand across apps, web, and campaigns. Experience in building visual narratives from scratch and simplifying complex user journeys in consumer products or startups will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations, icons, and visual assets for product and marketing.
• Design app icons, in-product graphics, and visual elements that enhance UX.

Social & Marketing Assets

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Work on quick-turnaround visuals while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Work closely with product and design teams to integrate visuals into the app and web experience.
• Contribute to onboarding flows, empty states, and key interaction moments.

Design Consistency

• Maintain visual consistency across all outputs — product, social, and brand.
• Contribute to building reusable visual components and iconography systems.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in illustration, graphic design, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media work, illustrations, and product visuals.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Ability to design app icons, illustrations, and social creatives with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and modern design styles.
• Comfortable working on fast iterations and multiple formats.

Add On (Good to Have):

• Experience with Rive or motion/interactive assets.
• Experience with Video Editing for social media
• Exposure to fintech, consumer apps, or product-led companies

Location:

Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
