Accompany Health, Inc. seeks a Visual Designer to own graphic output for the marketing team. You will translate briefs into polished, on-brand creative for patients and providers, and bring in-house design work from external contractors.

You will report to the Head of Design, collaborate with marketing leadership, and shape how a mission-driven brand looks and feels across campaigns and channels.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Working proficiency in video editing and motion graphics.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative work (image generation, video, workflow automation).
• A portfolio showing range across campaign creative, brand work, and motion/video.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Visual Designer to own graphic and creative output for the marketing team. As the company scales, design has become a bottleneck, and this hire will remove it. You'll turn campaign briefs into polished, on-brand creative for patients and providers, and bring in-house much of the design work currently handled by external contractors.

You'll report to the Head of Design, work day-to-day with the marketing lead on campaigns, and partner with company leadership on brand and product marketing needs. This is a fast-moving role with high volume, real ownership, and room to shape how a mission-driven brand looks and feels.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Working proficiency in video editing and motion graphics
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative work (image generation, video, workflow automation)
• A portfolio showing range across campaign creative, brand work, and motion/video
• Ability to deliver quality at pace, juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Clear communication and an easy working style with marketing, design, and leadership
• Care for the people you design for: accessible, inclusive, and human work

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, public health, or other mission-driven organizations
• Experience maintaining or evolving a brand system
• Familiarity with Figma
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

This role is part of Accompany Health’s (AH) Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. We have set up our GCC with InCommon as our India partner under an Employer of Record (EOR) model. InCommon handles all HR activities; therefore, selected candidates will be employees of InCommon on paper, while working full-time as part of the Accompany Health team.
