Job summary

Srmap in Mysuru, Karnataka is offering a full-time internship to talented graphic design students and recent graduates. The role focuses on creating and formatting educational content using Adobe InDesign, with support from the design team to produce layouts, illustrations, and visual elements.

You will learn design principles, typography, and layout best practices while following project guidelines and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Prior experience with Adobe InDesign preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual composition.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Prior experience with Adobe InDesign preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of basic design principles, typography, layouts, and visual composition.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand instructions and incorporate feedback.
• Good time-management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and project-specific design processes.
• Students, recent graduates, or candidates pursuing/completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to the full-time internship for approximately 4 months.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend of ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Training & Development

Project-specific training on Adobe InDesign and required design processes will be provided by the team, suitable for candidates with limited or no prior experience.
