Job summary

The House of Sunita Shekhawat in Jaipur is seeking a Visual Communication Designer to join its Jaipur atelier. This design-first role focuses on layout, typography and imagery for print, digital and shoots, collaborating with craftspeople and creative partners to define the house’s visual language.

You will help shape campaigns, packaging and museum touchpoints, ensuring editorial standards are met while working across multiple formats and environments.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as visual/graphic designer in fashion, jewellery, beauty or editorial.
• Portfolio demonstrates layout, typography, brand systems and digital work.
• Experience with luxury brands is preferred.
• Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design lookbooks, campaign decks, invitations, packaging inserts and print collateral.
• Maintain editorial typography and layout standards across outputs.
• Prepare artwork for print and oversee press approval.
• Shape the visual quality of our digital presence with Delhi associates.
• Adapt assets for print, web, social, in-store and museum touchpoints.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all surfaces.

Visual Communication Designer | Heritage Fine Jewellery

The House of Sunita Shekhawat | Jaipur

The House of Sunita Shekhawat is looking for a Visual Communication Designer to join its Jaipur atelier.

This is a design-first seat for someone who thinks in layout, typography and image, and who is genuinely interested in how a fine jewellery house shows up across print, digital and shoot. The atelier is the creative engine of the house. You will work in close daily contact with our craftspeople and creative associates, and contribute to both the house and the Museum of Meenakari Heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design lookbooks, campaign decks, invitations, packaging inserts and print collateral.
• Hold typography and layout to an editorial standard across every output.
• Prepare artwork correctly for print and see it through to the press.
• Shape the visual quality of our digital presence alongside the Delhi associates.
• Adapt assets across formats: print, web, social, in-store and museum touchpoints.
• Keep one consistent visual language across every surface the house appears on.
• Build mood boards and reference decks ahead of each shoot.
• Work alongside our photographer and stylists on set and through selection.
• Maintain a clean, navigable asset library, filed and labelled within a day of each shoot.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years as a visual or graphic designer in fashion, jewellery, beauty or editorial.
• Experience with brands whose creativity stands up. Luxury goods and services are what we look for.
• A portfolio that shows distinction across layout, typography, brand systems and digital.
• Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• A real point of view on visual culture, and the ability to name what you study and why.
• Calm under shoot-day pressure, organised and dependable.
• Jaipur-based candidates preferred, or candidates genuinely willing to relocate.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.
