Job summary

Berkowits is seeking an Aesthetic Doctor to join our network of clinics across Delhi. You will examine clients, recommend hair and skin treatments, and perform procedures safely at multiple city clinics on a fixed schedule.

Applicants should have a BDS or MDS with registration and 2–5 years in aesthetics or cosmetology, including independent procedures and blood extraction for PRP/GFC. Travel within the city is required.

Qualifications

• Must have BDS or MDS with valid registration.
• 2–5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Experience performing hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.

Responsibilities

• Visit Berkowits clinics on a fixed weekly schedule.
• Examine clients with hair/skin concerns and explain diagnosis simply.
• Recommend treatment plans and help clients start them.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC, microneedling, and chemical peels as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Review existing clients and ensure satisfaction with results.
• Obtain informed consent, take clinical notes and before/after photos.
• Support clinics in achieving targets and follow up with clients.

Job description

Location: Clinics covered: Dwarka, Rajouri Garden, Vikaspuri, Pitampura.

Salary: ₹7 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per year (CTC)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: BDS / MDS (Aesthetics or Cosmetology experience required)

Job type: Full-time

Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.

Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will visit Berkowits clinics in your city on a fixed schedule. At each clinic you will examine clients, advise the right hair or skin treatment, and perform procedures safely.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Visit your assigned clinics as per the fixed weekly schedule.
• Examine clients with hair and skin concerns and explain the diagnosis in simple words.
• Recommend a suitable treatment plan and help the client start it.
• Perform procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP/GFC for skin and hair, Autologous Micrograft Treatment, microneedling and chemical peels, as per protocol.
• Do blood extraction for PRP and GFC.
• Review existing clients and make sure they are satisfied with their results.
• Take informed consent, clinical notes and before/after photos for every client.
• Help the clinic achieve its targets and follow up with clients after treatment.

WHAT YOU GET

WHO CAN APPLY

Must have

• BDS or MDS with a valid registration.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in aesthetics or cosmetology (hair and skin).
• Has done hair and skin procedures independently, including blood extraction for PRP/GFC.
• Comfortable travelling between clinics in the city.
• Comfortable with monthly sales targets and weekend work.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Botox and fillers.
• Experience in hair transplant assessment.
• Experience with laser treatments and trichoscope / Proscope use.
• Own two-wheeler or easy travel within the city.
