Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Thane area (Wagle Estate). You will handle outbound calls, explain banking products, and drive customer acquisition with a focus on digital banking services.

Candidates should be graduates with strong English communication and maths skills; banking sales experience is preferred and freshers are not eligible. The role offers a fixed salary with attractive incentives, a 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift, and two Sundays plus two
