Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for a Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) in Thane. The role involves outbound calls on Kotak 811 and banking products, explaining features and digital services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while maintaining complete customer records.

The position requires graduates with excellent English, strong math skills, and banking sales experience. Freshers are not eligible, and candidates should be 20–30 years old with no more than a 6-month employment gap.
