Job summary

A leading travel company in Mumbai is seeking a motivated sales executive. You will engage potential and existing customers to pitch membership offerings and work towards achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, the ability to handle customer queries, and good Excel skills. You will also manage escalations and follow up leads. Opening with a leading Travel company for their office in Chandivali

Key Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch them about Club Mahindra membership.
  • Calling fresh, churned, and cold leads to convert them into sales, collection of downpayments, sales logging & system updation. Ensure minimum EMIs are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer.
  • Drive monthly unit and revenue targets.
  • Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases.
  • Handling and addressing customer escalations (if any).
  • Pitching to existing customers to upgrade to a higher tenure membership, generating referrals & closing sales.
Skills
  • Proven experience as an end-to-end sales executive (remote/field) only.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably through a virtual mode.
  • Good knowledge of relevant Excel, telephone systems & able to pitch using presentations.
  • Ability to learn about products and services, describe/explain them to prospects and drive sales closure.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with an ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team & handle a high-pressure environment.
